Zusammenfassung

Cardiff University is seeking a Systems Support Developer/Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and related Microsoft 365 services. You will work within University IT with infrastructure, systems and operations teams to maintain and develop enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions.

The role emphasises technical development and support, vendor liaison, and transitioning services to operations.

Qualifikationen

Experience with large-scale IT systems in a big organisation.
Advanced user of Microsoft tools and SaaS-based solutions.
Experience dealing with external suppliers of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SaaS solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment and build strong relationships.

Aufgaben

Design, develop, integration, testing and documentation of large or complex systems; select appropriate design standards and tools.
Define interfaces, validation, security, and audit controls for systems; assess risks and recovery procedures.
Maintain application support processes and ensure requests are handled per agreed procedures.
Use management tools to investigate issues, collect performance stats and generate reports.
May include line-management of staff supporting technical and functional solutions.
