Due to the continued growth and associated success of Ridge, the Technology team is growing in capacity to meet demand & service across the company. We are looking for a talented D365 CoE Analyst to sit within the Ridge Technology team. You would join at an exciting time of growth in the wider company especially in the Technology team, where investment is being made to match the needs due to the success of the business.
About The Role
We are looking for someone with a real passion for providing excellent Customer Support, who has the desire and willingness to learn and grow. We are interested in applicants who have established experience as Microsoft D365 F&O analyst, potentially also with demonstrable knowledge of PowerApps, or people who are eager to grow into the role from relevant expertise. This person will play a crucial role within the wider Technology team to ensure our D365 systems and Power Apps are secure, updated, available, and working well. The D365 CoE Team will operate these systems and provide both functional and technical support to our internal users. Excellent communication skills will be critical to successfully collaborate with all stakeholders and ensure success.
