Job summary

The Woodland Trust is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Business Applications Management team. Hybrid role with mix of home working and Grantham head office; attendance once a month on average. Full-time, 2-year fixed term contract.

You'll design and develop across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, collaborating with analysts, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while meeting governance and security requirements. Strong technical background required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, C#, .NET, JavaScript and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding Dynamics 365 architecture, Dataverse security, governance and ALM best practices.
• Experience contributing to solution design, release management and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions across Dynamics 365, Customer Insights Journeys, and the Power Platform.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security and organisational architecture.
• Produce technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Support user acceptance testing, release planning and deployments.
• Mentor colleagues and share technical expertise.
