Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer to drive end-user adoption of D365 Finance & Operations. You will develop training, user guides, SOPs, and learning materials, while coordinating with Finance SMEs and project teams to ensure readiness for deployment and organizational change.

You will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions, create knowledge resources, and support UAT and change management activities to maximize user capability and system adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP or D365 training programmes.
• Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes.
• Experience creating user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-user training programmes for D365 Finance & Operations.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and classroom-based training sessions.
• Provide User Guides, SOPs, quick reference guides, training materials, and learning videos.
• Support business readiness activities, identify knowledge gaps, and assist change teams.
• Assist with UAT preparation and execution, including training scenarios.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, IT, Change Management, and Project Delivery teams.
