Capgemini is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, support and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions that underpin Vanguard's client servicing capabilities. The role requires hands-on development across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform, with a focus on integration, automation and continuous improvement.

Competenze

3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience.
Strong experience developing C Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture, solution design, and data modelling.
Experience building integrations using Microsoft Dataverse Web APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, and modern authentication.

Mansioni

Design, develop, support and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems using Dataverse APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, REST APIs and OAuth.
Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 security models and access controls.
Develop automated unit tests and deploy solutions using VS Code, Azure DevOps and CICD pipelines.
Collaborate in solution design workshops and contribute to governance and technical documentation.
