Cyberteam is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse developer to design, build, and support CRM solutions. You will create robust integrations, secure data models, and scalable automation across the Power Platform.

The role emphasizes modern development practices, code quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural discussions, maintain automated tests, and drive continuous improvement

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development.
• Strong experience with C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture, design and data modelling.
• Experience building integrations using Dataverse Web APIs, REST APIs and OAuth.
• Proficient with Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience writing automated unit tests (MSTest/NUnit/xUnit).
• Knowledge of TDD, code reviews, secure coding and source control.
• Experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Familiar with Dynamics 365 security architecture and governance.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and integrate with third-party APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, support, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems.
• Configure security models: roles, teams, business units, field-level security.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated unit tests for components and integrations.
• Use Visual Studio and VS Code to develop, debug, test, and deploy solutions.
• Contribute to solution design workshops and architectural discussions.
• Manage and deploy changes via managed solutions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and governance.
• Collaborate with QA and Test Automation for end-to-end testing.
• Provide technical guidance for integrating with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and integrations.
• Coordinate investigations with Microsoft Support and vendors.
• Support ongoing platform performance, reliability, and security improvements.
