Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a hands-on MS Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions within the Crew Desktop Team. You will build integrations with Dataverse and external systems, and create custom plugins, APIs and PCF controls.

This UK hybrid role involves working across Capgemini offices, client sites and remote collaboration, contributing to architecture discussions and promoting best practices to drive automation and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience.
• Strong experience developing C Plugins, Custom APIs and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture, solution design and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems.
• Develop and maintain custom Dynamics 365 functionality including plugins, APIs, and PCF controls.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 security models and access controls.
• Participate in solution design workshops and drive best practices.
