Job Description

My client is an established professional services organisation with a leading reputation in their field. The company is undergoing an exciting digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) developer to join their technical team.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects within a knowledgeable team and provides structured career progression pathways.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Understanding technical business requirements and mapping processes and potential solutions in D365.
  2. Utilising Power Platform for low-code customisations, including developing Power Automate flows and creating Power Apps.
  3. Handling occasional third-line technical support issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the technical development of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM, including system customisation, configuration, and creating custom plug-ins and workflows.
  • Strong skills in Power Platform customisation, including Power Automate and Power Apps development.
  • Experience with integrations using .NET and Azure.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to analyse business requirements and design system solutions.
  • EU work permit is required.
