Job Title: JD Edwards Developer - Remote, UK

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with the JDE platform, with a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing innovative business applications.

This role involves developing interfaces between JD Edwards and external systems, as well as creating solutions for mobile platforms across Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems.

Key Skills and Experience:

• ERP Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with ERP implementations, with comprehensive knowledge of multiple JD Edwards modules.
• Integration Skills: Strong experience working with Business Services and Orchestrator.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of JSON/REST services (desirable).
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as C# and C.
• Database Skills: Ability to work with SQL databases like SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle. Experience with IBM i (System i, iSeries, or AS/400) is advantageous.
• JDE Toolset Knowledge: Proficiency with JD Edwards Oracle EnterpriseOne, version Xe or higher.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with UBE’s, NER’s, C#/.NET, Java, and Windows CE development.

Main Responsibilities:

• JDE Enhancements: Develop features and enhancements for JD Edwards and related platforms.
• Interface Development: Design and maintain interfaces between JDE and other systems using C# and .NET.
• Mobile Applications: Develop and support Android mobile applications for warehousing and operations.
• Database Management: Work with SQL Server and DB2 databases to manipulate data.
• Service Development: Create JSON/REST services and Windows services.
• JDE Integration: Integrate JD Edwards with third-party software.
• Documentation and Support: Produce technical documentation and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Server-Side Programming: Engage in programming on IBM i (AS/400) systems.

Location: Remote UK
