Experis is hiring an MS Dynamics Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in the energy and utilities space. Based in London, this hybrid role guides discovery through go-live and beyond.

You will translate customer journeys into scalable designs, define boundaries across configuration, Power Platform and integrations, and support delivery from build to support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in an enterprise context.
• Ability to translate complex customer journeys into scalable CRM designs.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end architecture for MS Dynamics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client-facing advisory conversations across discovery and opportunity development.
• Translate UK electricity Customer Connections lifecycle into Dynamics 365 CRM designs.
• Own solution architecture end-to-end: process, data, security, integrations, UX and non-functional design.
• Define solution boundaries across configuration, customization, Power Platform and integrations.
• Shape CRM for customer connections, network operations and regulatory reporting.
• Support delivery assurance from build to go-live and transition to support.
• Challenge unclear requirements and maintain traceability across design and testing deliverables.
