Job summary

Telefónica Tech in London is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead high-profile projects within our Business Applications practice. You will work with clients to define their business processes and configure D365 Business Central accordingly.

You will deliver configuration, data migration, testing, and end-user training, while supporting go-live activities and coaching junior consultants in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant with project leadership experience.
• Experience configuring Dynamics Business Central to client processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand client processes and configure D365 Business Central accordingly.
• Support configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
• Deliver end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.
• Design and test D365 Business Central customisations and support client acceptance.
• Participate in go-live cutover exercises and reconcile data with legacy systems.
• Guide projects with daily communication with customers or project managers.
• Participate in design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants.
• Mentor junior consultants to support their development.

Your Role

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics expertise to lead high-profile Business Central projects.

• Working with clients to understand and define their business processes and configure D365 Business Central accordingly.
• Supporting clients with configuration tasks, data migration, and end-to-end testing.
