Comley Jones is seeking a D365 Business Central Support Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner team. The role is predominantly remote with occasional office attendance in the South of England, offering up to £50,000 plus benefits.

You will provide high-quality 1st/2nd line support for Dynamics 365 BC, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with customers, consultants, and technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Solid experience supporting D365 Business Central (BC) environments.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics Partner is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support issues and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues
• Work directly with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems
• Manage support tickets through to resolution
• Escalate more complex issues where appropriate
• Liaise with development and consultancy teams to resolve technical issues
• Provide guidance and best-practice advice to customers
• Assist with system configuration and troubleshooting
• Maintain clear and accurate support documentation
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

The Opportunity:

I am currently working with an established Microsoft Partner who is looking to add an experienced D365 Business Central Support Consultant to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex Business Central issues and being part of a collaborative Microsoft Partner environment.

The role is predominantly remote, with occasional attendance at the company's office in the South of England when required.

The Role:

As a D365 Business Central Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to a diverse customer base, troubleshooting issues and helping clients get the most from their Business Central solutions.

You will work closely with customers, consultants and technical teams to investigate issues, identify solutions and ensure problems are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Experience with Dynamics NAV would also be advantageous.
