Job summary

AMFRESH is hiring a Factory Warehouse Operative for our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This full-time, permanent role offers consistent weekly hours and a dependable schedule. You will pick and pack customer orders, use a scanner, and train on PPT pallets.

Work in a chilled environment with full PPE, lifting up to 15kg, and aiming to meet hourly picking targets. We welcome applicants with warehouse experience and good attention to detail who can work independently, with full training provided

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience or background in similar environments.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• MHE experience is desirable; full training provided onsite.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Use a scanner to scan items.
• Train on PPT to move pallets.
• Work in a chilled environment with full PPE.
• Place stock into the correct location.
• Move pallets safely in and out of the warehouse.
• Lift up to 15kg and follow manual handling procedures.
• Meet hourly picking targets once trained.
• Maintain and inspect MHE equipment and report issues.
