Job summary

NuStaff Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Bedwas to join a busy warehouse operation, supporting day-to-day activity, assembly and goods movement.

The role involves picking and packing with handheld scanners, checking quality, loading/unloading, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a three-shift rotation. Immediate start available and reliability to commute to Bedwas is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach, Articulated/Bendi) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, flexible attitude and good team spirit.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to commute reliably to Bedwas.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and picking lists.
• Check goods for quality, correct quantities and damage-free packaging.
• Load and unload vehicles safely, including containers and delivery vehicles.
• Keep stock accurate, help with regular counts and report discrepancies.
• Support goods-in, goods-out and replenishment, rotating stock so older items go first.
• Keep your work area clean and organised and follow all safety procedures.
