Job summary

DPD UK in Romsey is seeking high-energy Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced team. This fixed-term contract runs until January 15th 2027, with a 40-hour week and shifts starting at 00:00.

You will load and unload parcels up to 25kg, scan and sort with accuracy, operate scanners and conveyors, and uphold health, safety and housekeeping standards. Full training and uniform are provided, with benefits including pay nights and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels accurately.
• Handle items up to 25kg and stay active on shift.
• Use warehouse tech to route parcels to the right location.
• Operate scanners, conveyors, and handling equipment safely.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the warehouse.
• Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets and shift goals.
• Maintain reliable attendance throughout shifts.
