KHR - Recruitment Specialists is assisting with the recruitment of a Venue Manager in Medway. This hands-on, supervisory role covers bar operations, food, events and evening trade within a busy licensed venue.

The ideal candidate will manage people, HR, finance, operations and compliance, ensuring safety and high standards across the venue. Flexible hours and occasional evenings or weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within a licensed trade, hospitality, events or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the venue.
• Lead, support and develop the venue team, including supervisors and staff.
• Manage staff rotas and day-to-day staffing requirements.
• Take operational responsibility for events and coordinate with organisers.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.
