Job summary

Charles Hurst in Belfast is hiring a Site Co‑ordinator/Vehicle Progressor to support our sales function. You will organize vehicles on site, capture and upload photos, prices and descriptions daily, and coordinate vehicle deliveries.

You will load CitNOW videos, manage our online showroom, and help maintain a high standard of presentation and customer service, while building strong relationships with colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced premium environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Load daily photos, prices and descriptions to the online showroom.
• Create and upload CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organise on-site vehicle layout for showroom readiness.
• Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement.
• Arrange vehicle collection and delivery with customers.
• Ensure site and vehicles are maintained to high standards.
