Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Bath, including mainstream primary and secondary sites, and SEN provisions. Roles across full-time and part-time hours offer variety and the chance to make a real difference in children’s lives.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children in educational or care settings, be patient and adaptable, and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in educational or care settings.
• Patient, resilient and positive attitude.
• Able to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom, one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist children with additional needs and learning goals.
• Work with teachers to create positive learning experiences.
