Woodlands Secondary School is seeking motivated Teaching Assistants to join our team. You will work with class teachers to support students in a dynamic, inclusive environment, helping individuals or small groups access our broad curriculum.

Promoting independence and social-emotional development is a key part of the role. You may assist with personal care and safeguarding, and help supervise lunchtime activities as required.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English essential.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Willing to undergo safeguarding DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Support students to access curriculum in classes or small groups.

• Supervise lunch and break times and safeguard students.
