Job summary

Reed Education, in partnership with Lancashire County Council, is recruiting Primary, Secondary and SEN Teaching Assistants to join our Preston-area team. We are looking for people with Level 1–HLTA qualifications and the ability to travel locally, with a strong commitment to safeguarding.

You will support classes, small groups and individuals across key stages, with CPD through LCC and access to Reed's career guidance and pension scheme. Successful applicants will need to undergo a DBS check.

Qualifications

• A very high standard of communication skills, accurate spelling and grammar.
• Recent experience in primary, secondary or SEN schools with knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Experience across EYFS to KS5 and various SEN needs.
• Experience supporting whole class, small groups and one-to-one.
• Commitment to professional development and learning.
• Passion for working with children and ability to build good relationships.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
