Long Term Futures are seeking a resilient and proactive Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time long-term temporary basis in Sutton In Ashfield. You will support students with the curriculum and provide 1:1 assistance as needed, across KS1 to KS2, including SEND and SEMH needs.

Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and SLT, you will deliver targeted interventions and assist with classroom routines, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all pupils.

Formación

• Experience delivering targeted interventions for SEN students.
• Strong behaviour management and rapport-building across year groups.
• Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse needs and support SEND/SEMH.

Responsabilidades

• Support class teacher with daily classroom activities.
• Provide targeted interventions to students with ASD and other SEN.
• Support students from Year 1-6 in their curriculum.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions.
• Ensure pupils are safe and supervised at all times.
