Job summary

Hays Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in Rugby. Roles include supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2, one-to-one and small-group support, and assisting with SEN. Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth setting.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
• Assist children with additional needs, including SEN.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support behaviour management and pupil engagement.
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of pupils.
