Job summary

Academics is seeking Teaching Assistants for Malvern and surrounding villages. Roles are temporary and part-time, with flexible hours to fit your availability and the schools' needs.

You will support teachers in EYFS to KS2, work in small groups and one-to-one, and help create a welcoming, curious classroom.

Successful candidates will have UK experience with children and complete safeguarding checks. Salary is £95-£110 per day, with potential for ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Desire to help children engage, learn and achieve their full potential.
• Previous UK experience (paid or voluntary) with children in school, tutoring, coaching, childcare or youth work.
• Completion of a safeguarding process including ID, DBS and references checks.

Responsibilities

• Help teachers deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Support children in small groups and one-to-one.
• Promote a can-do classroom, encouraging independence, confidence, self belief and kindness.
• Bring your personality and positivity to school every day.
