We Are Swim in the United Kingdom is seeking engaging Swimming Teachers to join our award-winning team. You will deliver fun, safe, and structured lessons that help children build confidence and reach their potential in the water, bringing energy and personality to every class while upholding the highest safety standards.

You will track progress using our digital systems, communicate with parents, and collaborate with site teams to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to high teaching and safety standards.
• Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (Desirable).
• Experience teaching children or working in a leisure environment (Desirable).
• Lifesaving, safeguarding, or first aid qualifications (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver, and review themed, structured swimming lessons for children aged 3-11 (from beginners to competent swimmers).
• Deliver with a modern, engaging and dynamic style always looking to bring your best self.
• Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families, engaging with parents, and ensuring every swimmer feels supported.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all swimmers.
• Use our digital systems to track progress, celebrate milestones, and communicate results.
• Communicate confidently with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and site teams to maintain our high standards.
• Attend training and team meetings to stay current and continuously improve.
