Job summary

swim! in the UK is looking for a passionate Swimming Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for children aged 3–11. You’ll foster confidence, celebrate progress, and ensure every session is fun, safe, and inclusive.

You'll use modern teaching styles, support families with regular updates, and participate in ongoing training to maintain excellence and consistency. If you're near other swim! venues, there are opportunities to work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver themed swimming lessons for children aged 3–11 (from beginners to competent swimmers).
• Deliver with a modern, engaging and dynamic style, always bringing your best self.
• Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families, engaging with parents, and ensuring each swimmer feels supported.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all swimmers.
• Use digital systems to track progress, celebrate milestones, and communicate results.
• Communicate confidently with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved.
• Participate in staff training and development sessions to maintain excellence and consistency.
• If located near other swim! venues there is an opportunity to work across multiple locations.
