Job summary

Virgin Active in the United Kingdom is seeking 2 Swim Instructors to join our Family Activities Team. You will inspire swimmers of all ages, create a safe and supportive learning environment, and deliver high-quality lessons that build confidence and skill.

You will promote lessons, follow Swim England/ASA or STA national plans, provide excellent customer service, and work with management to meet targets. 40-hour weeks, flexible shifts in a club environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality swimming lessons.
• Commitment to creating a safe, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver scheduled swimming lessons to the highest standard.
• Follow national plans for Teaching Swimming (ASA/Swim England/STA).
• Create a safe and enjoyable environment by the pool and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service with personal attention to members.
