MPI Limited in Gravesend is seeking an organised Internal Resource Co-ordinator to support recruitment across the Supply Chain on a 6-month temporary basis.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, manage applications, screen CVs, organise interviews, and help onboard new hires.

The role suits someone with recruitment, resourcing or HR coordination experience in supply chain, logistics or operational environments, working in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar operational roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity for Supply Chain and operational vacancies from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and internal channels.
• Manage candidate applications, CV screening and initial candidate communication.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate diaries between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure the applicant tracking system is kept up to date.
• Carry out pre-employment checks, including right-to-work and reference checks, as required.
• Prepare and issue offer documentation and liaise with HR and payroll teams to support a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Support recruitment reporting and provide updates on vacancy progress, recruitment volumes and time-to-hire.
• Assist with recruitment projects and other HR activities where required.
• Ensure recruitment activity is carried out in line with company policies and relevant employment legislation.
