Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy manufacturing operation in Burton Latimer. The role focuses on ensuring availability of raw materials, consumables and production components, while supporting purchasing, inventory control and production planning.

The successful candidate will manage purchase orders, chase overdue orders, monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing or inventory control within manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Raise and manage purchase orders for consumables, materials and components.
Liaise with suppliers to chase overdue orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and usage; place orders for consumables and paints as required.
Investigate stock discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
Set up new part codes in ERP/MRP systems and maintain master data.
Support production planning and expediting works to minimise downtime.
