NEXT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Caerphilly to lead a motivated team, maximise sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager, coach colleagues and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be hands-on, ensure stock accuracy, communicate clearly, and implement initiatives to improve the shopping experience while upholding store standards. Flexible working options are available.
