Job summary

Bray Leino is looking for a social-first Content Creator who can take ideas from concept to camera to fast edits. You’ll spot trends, present on camera in public, produce street-style vox pops that drive engagement across key social platforms.

This hands-on role blends creative brainstorming with execution: write micro-scripts, shoot on mobile, edit with CapCut, and collaborate with strategists to align content with campaigns. Bray Leino values curiosity, pace, and fearless experimentation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to concept, film, and edit social content end-to-end.
• Strong working knowledge of CapCut editing (captions, effects, pacing, templates, sound).
• Comfortable acting on camera in public including vox pops, busy environments, and performing comedy skits while maintaining brand tone and safety.
• Able to improvise on camera and turn spontaneous moments into on-brand edits.
• Shoot clean mobile video with solid audio and basic lighting instincts.
• Deep understanding of TikTok/IG Reels native style and engagement drivers.
• Experience with creator/influencer culture; portfolio of social-first video work (links required).

Responsibilities

• Film social content on mobile and lightweight kit with strong framing, lighting, audio, and pace.
• Perform on camera in public settings, staying natural and engaging.
• Create comedy-led social content (skits, characters, scripted punchlines) while balancing brand guidelines.
• Improvise unscripted in-the-moment content and turn spontaneous moments into on-brand edits.
• Run on-the-street vox pops end-to-end: approach the public, ask strong questions, manage permissions.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content at shoots, launches, and live events.
• Track trends and prototype trend-led content; maintain a trend bank.
• Collaborate with strategists to align content with comms objectives; brainstorm with creatives.
