3Search is seeking a creative Social Content Creator for Manchester to help shape how the organisation connects with its audience online. You’ll turn ideas into social-first content and bring personality and authenticity to the brand, with support from a wider creative team.

You will concept, shoot and edit short-form content, craft hooks and captions, and tailor messages to platform-specific audiences. A strong portfolio and mobile-first editing skills are essential in a high-output environment.

Qualifications

Portfolio of short-form social video and creative content.
Proven ability to film and edit confidently using mobile-first workflows.
Strong knowledge of social platforms, formats and audience behaviours.
Creative copywriting and scripting skills with a natural social voice.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation and delivery in a high-output environment.

Responsibilities

Create engaging, social-first content that brings the brand to life on each platform.
Concept, shoot and edit engaging short-form social content.
Develop hooks, scripts, captions and on-screen messaging.
