Job summary

Beaucroft Foundation School is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for Beaucroft Foundation School (Wimborne) or Colehill sites to support pupils with SEND in a dynamic, caring learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and other TAs in small groups, delivering planned activities during term-time hours from 8:45am to 3:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Able to travel between Beaucroft sites as needed, you will contribute to a supportive team and be confident in supporting diverse

Qualifications

• Experience of and confidence in supporting young people with SEND.
• Ability to travel between two Beaucroft sites as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher and other teaching assistants in delivering a programme of work.
• Support pupils in small groups and maintain a caring learning environment.
• Contribute to a flexible, varied day across a two-site setting.
