Aspire People are seeking a Qualified SEN Supply Teacher (Secondary) to join our network in Waltham Forest. This role offers flexible daily work across SEN secondary schools, with a starting daily rate of £170 and Monday to Friday work potential.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent and have UK teaching experience, especially in SEN settings. You will deliver lessons, manage behaviour, and support continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Experience teaching in UK schools, preferably in the London area.
• Strong classroom management and proactive teaching approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate SEN secondary lessons.
• Adapt to different school policies and environments.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment and manage behaviour.
• Follow or plan lesson content and adapt as needed.
• Mark and assess work in line with school policies where applicable.
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and staff.
