Qualifications

• QTS recognised in Wales.
• Experience teaching in a Secondary School setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Curriculum for Wales.
• Ability to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons meeting diverse learner needs.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Flexible, patient and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Passion for education and helping pupils reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
