Experience and ECTs considered, with a focus on engaging lessons and positive classroom environments.

The role involves supporting pupils of all abilities, building relationships with staff, and adapting to diverse needs including SEND.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers Status is required.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confident with KS3/KS4 curriculum and assessment.
