Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Secondary PE Teacher to join a network of local secondary schools. You will lead practical sessions across Key Stage 3 and 4, deliver GCSE/BCET theory, and support students’ athletic development.

The role offers full- or part-time terms with flexible scheduling and a daily rate of £140–£233, paid weekly. Immediate start available, with term-time alignment.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or equivalent (ECTs welcome).
• Degree in Sports Science or PE with KS3/KS4 knowledge.
• Enhanced DBS on update service (or willing to apply).
• Able to motivate students and promote participation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy practical PE lessons across KS3/KS4.
• Support GCSE/BCS Sport theory and practicals.
• Ensure safety and manage equipment in sports facilities.
• Adapt coaching for SEND and elite athletes.
