Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK (British passport or BRP with valid share code).
• Overseas Police Check if you have lived abroad.
• Experience with young people through schools, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, sports coaching, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Calm, professional and adaptable in a busy secondary school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Delivering pre-set materials and ensuring learning objectives are achieved.
• Following the school behaviour policy to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Supporting students with classwork, including those with additional learning needs.
• Encouraging student engagement and ensuring lessons run smoothly throughout the day.
