Qualifications

• Degree OR GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
• Maintain focus and engagement, and manage behaviour in line with school expectations.
• Support pupils aged 11-16 and build positive relationships.
• Provide feedback after lessons and support wider school life.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure learning continues effectively.
