TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a mainstream Secondary School in the Vale of Glamorgan. The role is temporary, full-time, starting ASAP and running until Christmas.

The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned work across several subjects, supervise pupils, and maintain a positive learning environment for secondary-aged students. The position is on-site with a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an educational setting.
• Experience supervising classes or supporting learning across KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence delivering pre-planned work across a range of subjects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, reliable and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide general classroom cover and deliver pre-planned work.
