Job summary

Falkirk Council is recruiting a permanent School Design & Technology technician to support the curriculum and assist with Science/General Technician duties. Experience in woodworking, circular saw use, metalwork and familiarity with power tools would be beneficial. You should be proactive, reliable and a team player.

The role runs 37 hours per week, term time plus two weeks. Please note the salary is pro rata, and PVG membership may be required but costs will be met by the employer for the

• Experience in woodworking and using a circular saw.
• Trained in using and maintaining a range of tools/power tools would be beneficial.
• Appropriate qualifications and experience in design & technology technician field.
