Job summary

Sir Bernard Lovell Academy in Oldland Common is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support learning across the curriculum during teacher absence. The role involves working with students across various year groups and subjects to keep them engaged and progressing.

You will contribute to maintaining a calm, purposeful environment that helps pupils reach their potential. The position is permanent, 32.5 hours per week, term time plus inset days, with start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
• Recent experience of working with children or young people.
• Demonstrates resilience, reliability and a collaborative approach.
