Meridian High School in Croydon is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support learning across the school. You will deliver and adapt lessons when teachers are absent, ensuring continuity and high expectations.

Work with teaching staff and the inclusion team to motivate students of all abilities, provide constructive feedback on progress, and foster an inclusive, positive learning environment aligned with the school's values.

Qualifications

• Teaching assistant experience required.
• GCSE English & Maths with grade C or equivalent.
• HLTA qualification achieved or in progress.
• Ability to apply training to practical classroom context.
• Strong communication with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support engaging lessons in the absence of the subject teacher.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
