Qualifikationen

• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with managing groups of students
• Able to stay calm under pressure and make independent decisions

Aufgaben

• Supervise classes and ensure students complete work as directed
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions
• Maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Record attendance and report any concerns or incidents
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes
• Support wider school duties and administrative tasks when required
