PCB Solicitors LLP in Shrewsbury is seeking a highly organised Legal Assistant for the Residential Property Department. You will support property lawyers with leasehold and freehold purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, while delivering excellent client care and administrative support.

The role offers training, a structured career path, and a benefits package. You will work Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a salary between £23,300 and £27,000 FTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Property law is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence with supervision.
• Liaising with clients, local estate agents and third parties in a professional manner.
• Timely time recording and diary management for matters.
• Assisting lawyers with title registration and post-completion tasks.
• Supporting meetings with clients and taking instructions.
