Sierra is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑volume interviews and candidate experience from our London office. You will coordinate phone, onsite, and video interviews and leverage Ashby ATS to automate tasks and keep recruiters and hiring managers on target.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a scaling company.
• Operational excellence and a data-driven mindset; strong multitasking.
• High integrity and ability to maintain candidate confidentiality.
• Experience coordinating schedules and communications with C-suite leadership.
• On-site London office availability Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high volumes of interviews (phone, onsite, and video) with speed and accuracy.
• Use Ashby ATS to automate tasks and improve candidate experience.
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense claims for candidates.
• Greet candidates onsite and deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.
• Lead projects to improve workflow and office experiences.
