Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role or similar position is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes is required.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial management of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Measure works from drawings and site information.
