Confidential is seeking a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator in Birmingham area to manage property marketing, social media, and client communications. You will create engaging content, write property-focused blogs, and support direct-mail campaigns while coordinating appointments and improving processes.

The role combines marketing and client service with training provided on property software and CRM. 26k base salary plus bonuses; full-time, Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues is required.
• Experience in property marketing or estate agency is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to learn new software such as CRM and floorplan tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new properties for market, including descriptions and floorplans.
• Plan and create social media content for listings.
• Write blogs and local property content to support marketing.
• Coordinate direct-mail marketing campaigns.
• Create and repurpose video and property content.
• Handle new enquiries and support existing clients.
• Book appointments and coordinate client communication.
• Bring new ideas to improve marketing and processes.
• Manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
