Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator in Birmingham area to manage property marketing, social media, and client communications. You will create engaging content, write property-focused blogs, and support direct-mail campaigns while coordinating appointments and improving processes.

The role combines marketing and client service with training provided on property software and CRM. 26k base salary plus bonuses; full-time, Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues is required.
• Experience in property marketing or estate agency is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to learn new software such as CRM and floorplan tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new properties for market, including descriptions and floorplans.

Job Title: Marketing & Client Services Coordinator

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Basic Salary: £26,000 + Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

We're working with a growing independent estate agency looking for a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to join their team.

This is a varied and exciting role combining property marketing, social media, content creation and client service.

The Role

You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

• Preparing new properties for market, including property descriptions and floorplans
• Planning and creating social media content
• Writing blogs and local property content
• Coordinating direct-mail marketing campaigns
• Creating and repurposing video and property content
• Handling new enquiries and supporting existing clients
• Booking appointments and coordinating communication
• Bringing new ideas to improve the company's marketing and processes
• Managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
