Job summary

Avolon M&E Havant is seeking a Programme Planner to manage and refresh project programmes on site, coordinating with project managers and site teams. You will track progress, dependencies and milestones, and use Excel and MS Project to keep data accurate and up to date.

You will need hands-on planning experience in construction or utilities projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to challenge information to keep the programme aligned with delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Project to maintain and update project programmes.
• Strong Excel skills to analyse and report on progress.
• Ability to track planned works against actual progress and identify gaps.
• Understanding of construction/site delivery processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to chase updates and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing, updating and maintaining project programmes.
