Close Resource Management Ltd is seeking a dynamic Hands-On Production Manager to supervise 28 people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality.

You will lead continuous improvement, optimise supply chain workflows, and oversee ERP-driven operations using SAP, while developing teams across shifts and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and implement process enhancements.
• Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily production activities, coordinating resources and schedules to meet operational targets
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Oversee supply chain processes, ensuring timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory management using ERP systems such as SAP
• Lead and develop production teams, promoting safety, teamwork, and accountability across all shifts
• Monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices in assembly and manufacturing techniques
• Maintain detailed documentation of production metrics, incident reports, and compliance records for audit readiness
